What are the requirements for my loved one to live at Hannah & Friends?
Hannah and Friends supports only people with intellectual disabilities. Additionally, you must have a funding stream such as the Medicaid Waiver in order to pay for the staffing supports. Private payment is accepted.
What role does Mosaic play at Hannah & Friends?
Mosaic provides the residential supports 24 hours a day, seven days a week in each of the Hannah and Friends homes. Services are based on the needs of each person served. The supports provided assist people in becoming more independent in home management, vocational skills, community mobility, and transportation and recreation and leisure activities. What is the application process?
