The Board of Directors made a proposal to add new members. These changes will better serve Hannah and Friends to match the growth we are experiencing. A vote approved these additions and changes.
The board is comprised of 22 members. The Board of Directors will receive an equal vote on all matters. All decisions will be decided by a majority vote with Maura Weis, Chair settling all ties.
